Pipedrive pricing
Every Pipedrive plan, add-on and limit in one place: what the sales CRM actually costs per seat in 2026 at real team sizes, not the $14 sticker.
Pricing verified June 2026. Every figure on this page comes from our full Pipedrive review, which also covers features, support and ratings.
The short answer
Pipedrive costs $14 per seat per month on the Lite plan billed annually, $39 on Growth, $49 on Premium and $79 on Ultimate. Month-to-month rates are $24, $49, $79 and $99, which works out to roughly 35 to 50 percent more, and annual plans are billed upfront for the whole year. There is no free plan, but every tier carries a 14-day free trial with full feature access and no credit card. On raw entry price that undercuts Salesforce Sales Cloud and HubSpot Sales Hub, which is why Pipedrive is the pipeline-first pick in our best CRM software ranking.
The catch: $14 buys basic pipeline tracking and little else. Email sync, automation and the meeting scheduler start at Growth ($39), lead routing, scoring, AI email tools and e-signatures wait until Premium ($49), and marketing (Campaigns) and web visitor tracking are paid add-ons at every tier. A realistic five-seat Premium team with those two add-ons was pegged at about $393 per month, roughly $4,716 per year, against a $245 seats-only bill. Price the tier you will actually use, and the rest of this page is that math.
Plans and limits in 2026
Pipedrive renamed its plans in late 2025: the old five-tier set is gone, replaced by Lite, Growth, Premium and Ultimate. All prices are per user, per month, in US dollars.
| Plan | Annual (per seat/mo) | Monthly (per seat/mo) | What it unlocks |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | $14 | $24 | Pipeline, unlimited contacts, 0 automations, 30 custom fields |
| Growth | $39 | $49 | Email sync and tracking, 50 automations, meeting scheduler |
| Premium | $49 | $79 | Lead routing and scoring, enrichment, AI email, e-sign, phone support, 150 automations; bundles LeadBooster, Projects, Smart Docs |
| Ultimate | $79 | $99 | Everything in Premium plus higher limits and 250 automations |
The limits decide when you are forced up a tier, so they matter as much as the price. Automations step from 0 on Lite to 50, 150 and 250. Leads and deals scale per seat, from 2,500 times seats on Lite to 20,000 times seats on Ultimate, capped at 300,000 overall. Reports per user run 15, 50, 250 and 500; custom fields run 30, 100, 300 and 500. Phone support exists only on Premium and Ultimate. Contacts are unlimited on every tier, a quiet but genuine perk. There is no published per-seat minimum, and custom negotiation typically opens around 50 seats.
The add-ons, and how they stack
This is where the sticker and the bill part ways. Campaigns and Web Visitors, the two things sales teams reach for most, are paid extras on every plan. Prices below are on top of seats, billed annually:
| Add-on | Cost | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| LeadBooster | from $32.50/mo | Chatbot, live chat, prospector, web forms (per company) |
| Smart Docs | from $32.50/mo | E-sign and doc tracking (free on Premium and up) |
| Projects | from $6.67/user/mo | Post-sale delivery boards (free on Premium and up) |
| Campaigns | ~$16 to ~$417/mo | Email marketing, scales by contact volume |
| Web Visitors | $41 to $299/mo | Reverse-IP company identification, tiered by traffic |
One detail works in your favor: Premium and Ultimate bundle LeadBooster, Projects and Smart Docs at no extra charge, while Lite and Growth pay for them separately. So the effective gap between Growth at $39 and Premium at $49 is smaller than the $10 sticker difference implies, because moving up can fold in tools you would otherwise buy as add-ons.
What you will really pay: three realistic setups
The solo seller: $14 or $39 per month for 1 seat
One seat on Lite is $14 per month, $168 per year, and it is genuinely cheap, but it has zero automations and no email sync, so it is pipeline tracking with manual logging. The moment you want automated follow-ups, you are on Growth: 1 × $39 = $39 per month, $468 per year. That jump, not the sticker, is the real decision point for a solo founder.
The 5-seat team: $245 per month on seats, $393 with add-ons
Five users on Premium cost 5 × $49 = $245 per month, $2,940 per year, for seats alone, with LeadBooster, Projects and Smart Docs bundled in. Add the two most-bought extras, Campaigns and Web Visitors, and a reviewer pegged the realistic bill at about $393 per month, roughly $4,716 per year, a 60 percent premium over seats-only.
The 10-seat team: $390 to $790 per month
Scale changes the math fast. Ten users on Growth are 10 × $39 = $390 per month, $4,680 per year. The same ten on Ultimate are 10 × $79 = $790 per month, $9,480 per year, roughly double for higher limits and 250 automations. Most 10-seat teams should price Growth or Premium first and move up only when they hit the automation or report caps.
Monthly vs annual: the 35 to 50 percent gap
| Plan | Monthly ×12 | Annual ×12 | You save per seat |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | $288 | $168 | $120/yr |
| Growth | $588 | $468 | $120/yr |
| Premium | $948 | $588 | $360/yr |
| Ultimate | $1,188 | $948 | $240/yr |
Monthly billing costs roughly 35 to 50 percent more than annual, with the widest gap on Premium, where the monthly rate is $79 against $49 annual. The trade-off is that annual is billed upfront for the whole year, so the right order is the 14-day trial with your real pipeline first, then the annual commitment once the tier fits. Multiply the per-seat saving by your headcount: a 10-seat Premium team keeps $3,600 a year by billing annually.
Pricing changes in 2025: Essential, Advanced and Professional are gone
If you find a page quoting a Pipedrive “Essential”, “Advanced”, “Professional”, “Power” or “Enterprise” plan, that page is stale. Pipedrive renamed its lineup in late 2025 to Lite, Growth, Premium and Ultimate, and many third-party articles, plus Capterra’s legacy starting price, still show the old names and figures. Anchor to the four current tiers above, verified June 2026, and treat anything else as out of date.
Is it worth it? Pipedrive vs the alternatives on price
| Tool | Free plan | Best for | The catch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pipedrive | No (14-day trial) | Sales-led teams wanting a visual pipeline | Reporting is thin, add-ons inflate cost |
| HubSpot Sales Hub | Yes, strong free tier | The best default for most small businesses | Gets expensive fast at scale |
| Zoho CRM | Yes | CRM plus accounting and support in one stack | Best value if you live in the Zoho suite |
| Salesforce Sales Cloud | No | Powerful, customizable enterprise needs | Overkill and costly under ~50 seats |
The clearest cross-shop is HubSpot, whose free tier and bundled marketing win at the start but get expensive fast as you scale, exactly where Pipedrive’s lower seat price pulls ahead; the head-to-head is in HubSpot vs Pipedrive, and the full bill breakdown in HubSpot pricing. If you want CRM plus accounting plus support in one place, Zoho is the value pick, compared line by line in Pipedrive vs Zoho. Pipedrive’s lane, per our full review (Lab Score 8.6), is the team that wants sales done well without the suite tax.
How to pay less for Pipedrive
- Bill annually: monthly costs roughly 35 to 50 percent more. On Premium the saving is $360 per seat per year, $1,800 for a 5-seat team.
- Trial with real data: the 14-day trial has full feature access and no credit card, so test the tier limits, and the mobile app, before any upfront annual charge.
- Buy Premium instead of Growth plus add-ons: Premium bundles LeadBooster (from $32.50/mo), Smart Docs (from $32.50/mo) and Projects (from $6.67/user/mo) free, so the real Growth-to-Premium gap is smaller than $10.
- Skip Ultimate until a limit hurts: it is $30 per seat more than Premium for higher caps (250 vs 150 automations, 500 vs 250 reports) most teams never hit.
- Watch the add-on meters: Campaigns scales from ~$16 to ~$417 a month by contact volume and Web Visitors from $41 to $299 by traffic, so budget them per tier, not as flat fees.
- Never upgrade for contacts: they are unlimited on every plan, including $14 Lite.
FAQ
How much does Pipedrive cost in 2026?
$14 per seat per month for Lite, $39 for Growth, $49 for Premium and $79 for Ultimate, billed annually. Monthly billing is $24, $49, $79 and $99, roughly 35 to 50 percent more. Add-ons like Campaigns (~$16 to ~$417/mo) and Web Visitors ($41 to $299/mo) stack on top.
Does Pipedrive have a free plan?
No. Pipedrive has no free plan, a real gap against HubSpot and Zoho, both of which give you something for nothing. It offers a 14-day free trial on every tier with full feature access and no credit card required.
What is the cheapest Pipedrive plan?
Lite at $14 per seat per month billed annually, or $24 month to month. It covers the visual pipeline and unlimited contacts but has zero automations and no email sync, so most teams treat Growth at $39 as the real entry point.
How much does Pipedrive cost per user for a team?
Pure per-seat math: a 5-user Premium team is $245 per month ($2,940 per year) on seats, about $393 per month (~$4,716 per year) with common add-ons. A 10-user Growth team is $390 per month ($4,680 per year); 10 users on Ultimate run $790 per month ($9,480 per year).
Can I pay monthly?
Yes, every plan has month-to-month billing at $24, $49, $79 and $99 per seat, but it costs roughly 35 to 50 percent more than annual, and annual is billed upfront for the whole year. Use the trial to de-risk the annual commitment rather than paying the monthly premium long-term.
Why do some sites show different Pipedrive plan names or prices?
Pipedrive renamed its plans in late 2025 from Essential, Advanced, Professional, Power and Enterprise to Lite, Growth, Premium and Ultimate. Many articles still quote the old names and prices; the four tiers on this page are current as of June 2026.
What is the difference between Growth and Premium?
Growth ($39) adds email sync, the meeting scheduler and 50 automations. Premium ($49) adds lead routing and scoring, data enrichment, AI email tools, e-signatures and phone support, and bundles LeadBooster, Projects and Smart Docs free, which makes the real gap smaller than the $10 sticker suggests.
